I’m a painter and mural artist with over 20 years of experience. My artistic journey began with the Philadelphia Mural Arts Program in 2004, then relocating to the San Francisco Bay Area in 2007. Since then, I’ve explored in my work the ever-changing relationship between nature and culture through invented spatial environments in both paintings and public art. I draw inspiration from art history to science fiction, crafting otherworldly landscapes and intricate still-lifes. Whether grand or intimate, my hyper-natural compositions spark conversations about humanity’s impact on the environment. Lush, unnatural foliage and saccharine sunsets evoke a sense of unease – a reflection of our complex relationship with the natural world. I’m excited to bring my unique perspective and experience with transformative public art projects back to Philadelphia.
