Cindy Lozito is an illustrator, muralist, and cartoonist based in South Philadelphia by way of Queens, NY. Her work draws on connections, identity, and an endless curiosity to illustrate stories that bring us closer together. She received her BA in art history at CUNY Hunter College, where she studied Josef Albers’ color theory and how Mexican muralists inspired public art throughout the US. She has collaborated with the NY Times, Philadelphia Museum of Art, NYC Health + Hospitals, World Trade Center, and more.
